SPORTS

The speed and variability of the athletic world makes it one of the hardest to photograph. Using my limited resources, I have relished my time in sports journalism, always searching for new angles on the field or court. I worked in strenuous conditions for hours, constantly moving and learning the way of the game to find the perfect shot. With sports journalism, you have to understand the game on a different level than a normal spectator -- you have to understand where the plays are going, where the conflict is, and what will tell the best story of an entire game through a single frame.
